This album is the last album Leroy Sibbles wrote on before leaving the Heptones and the bulk of the songs are traditional roots harmony style reggae tunes. Some critics give the album an above average rating, but songs like Book of Rules, Mama Say, Fatty Fatty, and others are brilliant songs which is why other critics rate it as essential Heptones music. While some of the songs are revisited tunes from previous Heptones albums and singles, they get a freshened-up production in stereo clarity with some horns added. Recorded in 1976, this album includes 10 bonus tracks from the sessions and is epic mid-70's roots reggae. Definitely one that all Heptones fans should own along with Party Time and On Top which are a good survey of what they could do with the right producers like Lee Scratch Perry and Coxsone Dodd.
