This film, from 2013, was ahead of its time. For me encapsulates the struggle of women who have a passion and balancing with raising a family. Ms Binoche embodies this complicated struggle, not just family, but her need to tell the story so others know what is going on: film takes us to situations I have never seen before. Sounds trite, but you are riveted from opening scenes. This film for me was filled with indelible images that I will not forget. Very powerful, a must see.
