Sunday Night at London Roundhouse - Live Concert Experience | Perfect for Music Lovers & Event Enthusiasts

I heard Roye Albrighton thought that if Recycled had been released after RTF, Nektar would have been a household name in the states. Well, maybe, but if this version of Sunday Night at the London Roundhouse had been available in the US back in the day, instead of the truncated original 'import only" album version, I'm sure they would have been selling out halls coast to coast. Yes, it's that good. Sound quality is excellent as well. I rarely listened to the original vinyl (still got it), but I can't stop spinning this new edition. Packaging and booklet are good, but the performance is outstanding. By far the best live recording by Nektar I've ever heard, new or old! The studio jams have been omitted and, IMO, not missed. Summer Breeze is performed, although it seems to have been edited in. Works well, even though the edit job messes with the flow a little bit. A better edit would have nade this release flawless, but it's not rough enough to take away from the overall listening experience. Highly recommended!Sidenote: I thought Down to Earth was an excellent album release on the heels of RTF and don't know why America didn't catch on. Go figure.
