Excellent read and very well written drawing the reader vividly into Bosch’s world feeling as though it is playing out right before your eyes. I’m steadily working my way through each of Bosch’s books and once again Michael Connelly doesn’t disappoint. I’m love the Bosch tv series as well. Very much so. I can completely see why the stories are told so well because now that I’m deeply invested in the book series it comes to life so effectively allowing the reader to get lost in his stories reading chapter after chapter because it’s so hard to put down. Thank you, Mr. Connelly, for creating these world in which to lose ourselves in as in my life living with a brain injury with serious debilitating symptoms that are hard to bear every single day and your books have taken my mind on these wonderful journeys allowing me even momentary distractions from the constant pain I’m living in. You are appreciated. I highly recommend this book series to everyone who loves suspense and mystery. Well worth your time.
